Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Shawn Michaels!

A combination from Michaels does no damage.
Michaels throws a looping overhand right but Barlow ducks down to avoid it.
Michaels throws a body punch but Barlow moves out of range.
Barlow tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Michaels jabs Barlow to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Michaels tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Barlow was well out of range. Poor timing from Michaels.
Ken Barlow seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Michaels misses with an uppercut

and Barlow holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Barlow jumps guard and drags Michaels to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Barlow tries to land a sweep but no joy.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Barlow is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Michaels defends well.

Barlow ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Michaels stuffs the takedown attempt from Barlow. Barlow gets slowly back to his feet.
Michaels now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Barlow misses with a head kick.

Barlow fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Michaels, pushing him back against the cage.
We've been informed that Michaels has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Michaels gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Barlow.

Michaels breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Michaels ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

Barlow is breathing heavily.
Barlow tries for a takedown but Michaels circles away easily
and Michaels counters with a big left hand that crumples Barlow! He was out before he hit the floor! Brutal knockout!
