Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jamie Oliver!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kurt Olstein!
The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Edson Gomes and Matheus Silva.

Oliver cracks Olstein with an open hand slap.
Oliver fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Olstein tries for a takedown but Oliver sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Oliver misses with a jab, cross combination.

Oliver tries to bum rush Olstein with a series of wild strikes but Olstein uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Olstein with the counter takedown but Oliver avoids it easily.
Oliver ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Olstein moves away.
Oliver takes a swing at Olstein's ribcage but misses.
Oliver tests Olstein's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Oliver digs a good hook to Olstein's body.
Oliver lands an overhand right.
Oliver throws a right and a left that both miss.
Oliver has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Elite Underground Training Facility in the buildup to the fight.

Olstein shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Oliver tries to roll over but Olstein keeps him under control.
Oliver pushes Olstein off looking to stand but Olstein dives back in and keeps control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Olstein wants to take a breather but Oliver is having none of it.

Olstein is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Olstein wants to lay and pray for a moment but Oliver keeps working.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Olstein wants to work for an arm triangle but Oliver is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Olstein is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Oliver doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Olstein.
Oliver moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Olstein has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at LA Vale Tudo. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.

Olstein is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Oliver defends well.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Olstein can do anything to dispel that myth.
Oliver stays in close to Olstein's body and controls the position.
Oliver will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Oliver wants to control from the top but Olstein keeps moving.

Olstein has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Oliver can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Olstein has an active guard here but Oliver has managed to pass into half guard.
Olstein is trying to control but can't.
Oliver seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Olstein does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Oliver is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard.
Oliver stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Olstein swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Olstein working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Oliver doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oliver manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Oliver not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Olstein shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Oliver defends it nicely.
It looked like Oliver was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Olstein keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Olstein drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Oliver defends it well.
Oliver misses with a wild body shot.
Oliver connects with a body shot.
Oliver jabs Olstein right on the nose. Olstein blinks but takes it well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Oliver fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Oliver throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Olstein tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Oliver is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
The crowd cheers as Oliver lands an impressive looking overhand right. Olstein doesn't seem phased though.
Oliver scores with a one two! Olstein had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Olstein throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Oliver's waist but Oliver gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Olstein off to one side.

Olstein walks into a straight right hand from Oliver.
Oliver cracks a nice hook into Olstein's ribs.
Olstein is breathing heavily.
Olstein takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Olstein is rocked!
Oliver ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Olstein gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Oliver points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Olstein wakes up just in time to hear Oliver thank his coaches in the post fight interview.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:23 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jamie Oliver!
Jamie Oliver tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
In defeat, Kurt Olstein stepped up to the mic, saying 'Back to the drawing board. I'll get my belt back.'.
