Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kimmo Kallio (ranked 1299 p4p, 18781 weight class) and Cajetan Shashi (ranked 202 p4p, 661 weight class). Kimmo Kallio is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 10 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kimmo Kallio!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Cajetan Shashi!

Kallio pushes Shashi away with a front kick.
Shashi walks into a jab.

and Kallio takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
It looks like Kimmo Kallio has been cut.
Kallio throws a nice inside leg kick.

Shashi throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Shashi chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Kallio can pounce on him.

Kallio throws a jab but it's blocked by Shashi.
Shashi throws a big counter head kick but Kallio avoids it with no problem.
Kallio fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Shashi.
Kallio paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Shashi fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kallio manages to avoid it.

Kallio throws a front kick that sends Shashi stumbling back into the cage.

Kallio has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

It looked like Kallio was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Shashi tries to close the distance and clinch but Kallio swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Shashi throws a nice looking combination but Kallio bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

and Kallio counters with a good, hard body kick but Shashi shrugs it off.
Kallio throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Kallio is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Shashi can do to turn this around?
Kallio stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Kallio wants it to stay on the feet.

Kallio scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Shashi might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Kallio has got the better of the exchanges.

Kallio lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Shashi is still on wobbly legs! Can Kallio finish him?
BOOM! Kallio lands a beautiful left hook that drops Shashi. Shashi tries to recover but Kallio is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Shashi lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kimmo Kallio!
During a confident post fight interview, Kimmo Kallio thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
