Faire shoots in but no luck this time.
Faire dives in for a single leg takedown but Sato sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Faire shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Sato's guard.
Faire passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Sato is trying to get back to half guard.
Faire thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Faire is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Sato is trying to escape and Faire transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Sato is forced to tap! Nice work there by Faire! Very nice indeed!
