Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tapu Koko (ranked 1294 p4p, 1747 weight class) and Thinking Loud (ranked 183 p4p, 237 weight class). Koko's entrance music is Aotearoa. A fine choice. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Tapu Koko!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Thinking Loud!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, David Hoff and Bart Greer.

Loud's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Koko connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Loud scrambles back to his feet.
It looks like Thinking Loud has been cut.
Koko throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
A big right from Loud misses.
Koko throws an overhand right that lands on Loud's shoulder, as Loud tries to avoid the shot.
Loud throws out a counter right but Koko avoids it with no problem.
Loud has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Nice uppercut lands for Loud. That snapped Koko's head back.
Koko darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Loud throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Koko cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Koko lands a big right hand that sends Loud crashing to the mat! Koko stays standing though and waves Loud back to his feet!
That has opened up Thinking Loud's cut even more.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Loud scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Loud lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Loud slips under a jab from Koko.
Loud throws out a counter right but Koko avoids it with no problem.
Loud on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

A slow jab from Loud misses its intended target.
Koko seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Loud misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Koko.
Loud looks to throw the jab but Koko is out of range.
A little feinted left hand from Koko on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Koko throws a sloppy body shot
and Loud counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Loud throws out a loose jab but Koko uses good head movement to avoid it.
Koko was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Loud misses with an uppercut.
It looked like Koko wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Koko scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Koko pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Loud scores with a nice head shot.
Loud might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Loud misses with a hook
and Koko counters with a nice right hand that sends Loud toppling to the canvas! Loud scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Koko finish him?!
Loud is rocked!
The cut above Thinking Loud's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Loud misses with a body shot
and Koko counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!
