Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dag Daghammar (ranked 269 p4p, 879 weight class) and Kaz McStafferson (ranked 35 p4p, 121 weight class). Daghammar's entrance music is Just like that - Dregen. A fine choice. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Kaz McStafferson enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 38 - 20 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dag Daghammar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 22 - 23 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kaz McStafferson! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Ackerman and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McStafferson fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Daghammar sprawls well initially but McStafferson persists and gets the takedown into half guard. McStafferson tries to pass the half guard into mount. Daghammar knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. McStafferson is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Daghammar is trying to stand up here but McStafferson is controlling him well. McStafferson is pressing down on Daghammar's thigh, looking to free his foot. Daghammar is holding on for now. Daghammar has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Daghammar tries to kick McStafferson off but McStafferson keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Daghammar is trying to get back to full guard. McStafferson is keen to just control but Daghammar is a slippery customer. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. McStafferson is looking to advance position but Daghammar won't allow it. McStafferson is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. McStafferson takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Daghammar misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from McStafferson.

Daghammar does a little dance to reset his feet. McStafferson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Daghammar sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten McStafferson somewhat. McStafferson shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. McStafferson is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Daghammar is just riding it out for now. McStafferson eventually gives up the hold. McStafferson is looking for a kimura here.

Daghammar is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down McStafferson's shoulder. That is not cool. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. McStafferson manages to work his way to half guard, despite Daghammar's best efforts.
And that's the end of the fight! Dag Daghammar showed his dominance in that final round. Well Daghammar has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

In favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Dag Daghammar! After the fight, Dag Daghammar was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
