Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 6 - 1 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ned Kelly! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Warren Barton! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Barton is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Kelly is looking to land body kicks. Kelly moves into the clinch. Barton takes an elbow to the forehead.
It looks like Warren Barton has been cut. Kelly unloads a knee to the mid-section. Kelly slows down the pace here.

Kelly creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Barton's defenses. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Barton is trying to push Kelly away but Kelly has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Kelly keeps control of Barton as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Kelly lands an elbow that stopped Barton in his tracks for a moment.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kelly using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.

Kelly comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Kelly creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Barton's defenses. The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Our sources have told us that Kelly has been working on his elbows in the gym. Kelly lands an elbow inside that Barton shrugs off. Kelly is stalling here.
Barton is trying to break the clinch but Kelly has him pressed against the cage. Kelly has Barton pressed against the cage, preventing Barton from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Barton wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Barton has had enough of the clinch but Kelly keeps him there for the moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kelly slowing the pace effectively. Kelly lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. Kelly lands a vicious elbow to the side of Barton's head that scrambles his senses and sends him wobbling down to the canvas! Kelly tries to finish him with strikes but Barton still seems able to defend himself so Kelly steps back and lets Barton get back to his feet - he wants no part of the ground game.
Barton is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kelly moves into the clinch successfully.
Barton is still on wobbly legs! Can Kelly finish him? Kelly creates some distance and fires off a vicious elbow that drops Barton! He pounces and finishes the fight with more strikes! Nice KO for Kelly.
