Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Eldar Fudd! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Novel Corona! The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Matti Vanhoillinen and Johanna Lukiainen.

It looks like Eldar Fudd has been cut. Good shot there by Corona. Fudd takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Fudd looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Corona! Corona tries to escape but Fudd is in control. Fudd wants to lay and pray for a moment but Corona keeps working. Corona is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Fudd asserts his dominance and retains side control. Corona felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. Fudd connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Corona some visible discomfort.
Corona is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Fudd is controlling him well. Fudd lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Corona down.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Fudd landing a few strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fudd works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Fudd passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Corona! Fudd with a couple of short strikes. Fudd is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Corona can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Corona is rocked! Corona trying desperately to get to his feet.
Corona is still in real trouble! Can Fudd finish him? Corona taking shots to the head. Fudd softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Corona is out cold! Fudd jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Eldar Fudd! Eldar Fudd retains his light heavyweight title! Eldar Fudd decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
