Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Keiran Diaz (ranked 1970 p4p, 2468 weight class) and Dodgie Glinko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dodgie Glinko has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Keiran Diaz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Dodgie Glinko!
The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Sandra Marshall and Daniel Franklin.

Glinko throws a looping overhand right but Diaz ducks down to avoid it.
Diaz drops his hands momentarily and Glinko takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Glinko lands with a straight right. Diaz didn't see that one coming.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Diaz looking to score a takedown here. Glinko is defending well but Diaz drives through and ends up in Glinko's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Diaz is fighting to break Glinko's control of his arms but Glinko is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Glinko manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Diaz manages to get himself to full guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Glinko has gone for a leg lock! Diaz slips out almost immediately though and dives into Glinko's guard.

Glinko working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Diaz doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Diaz manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Glinko lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Diaz is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Glinko to keep the fight standing.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Diaz jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Glinko walks away with a smile on his face. Diaz gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Keiran Diaz. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Diaz feints and as Glinko raises his hands in defense, Diaz changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Keiran Diaz overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Glinko bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Diaz's guard.

Well, if Glinko is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

I've got Glinko winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
