Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Marchrius Rossi (ranked 1583 p4p, 3255 weight class) and Kron Gracie (ranked 198 p4p, 391 weight class). Rossi's entrance music is Metal Slug Theme. A fine choice. Gracie has chosen ROYCE GRACIE as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Marchrius Rossi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kron Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Nard Betker and Radbod Blank.

Rossi fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Gracie looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Gracie gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Rossi counters with a right hand to the body.

Gracie shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Rossi is trying to defend but Gracie finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Rossi keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount.
Gracie frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Rossi prevents Gracie from taking his back.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gracie wants to take his opponent's back but Rossi doesn't allow it.
Rossi prevents any damage by holding on tight.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gracie goes for an armbar but Rossi turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Rossi.
Rossi is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Rossi sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Gracie's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Gracie tries to get to full guard but Rossi has control of the leg.
Rossi seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Gracie is looking to improve his position.
Rossi stands up from half guard.
Gracie's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Rossi connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Gracie scrambles back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Rossi connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Gracie dives in and grabs Rossi's left leg, looking for a takedown. Rossi pushes down on Gracie's head and hops out.
Marchrius Rossi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kron Gracie.
Gracie shoots in for a takedown but Rossi shows good takedown defense.
Gracie shoots in and drives through. Rossi sprawls well.
Rossi was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Gracie misses with a takedown attempt
and Rossi connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

and Rossi cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Rossi lands a head kick. Gracie smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Gracie is rocked!
Rossi drops Gracie with a straight right hand, right on the button! Rossi follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Marchrius Rossi!
Marchrius Rossi tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
