Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Elijah James (ranked 24993 p4p, 5945 weight class) and Kc ss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 5 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Elijah James! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Kc ss! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Peter Branson and Michael Johnstone.

ss shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. James eats them both and turns towards ss to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. ss throws out a token jab with nothing on it. ss looks to land a combination but James avoids it well. James moves in looking to clinch but ss pushes him off. ss is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by James. ss falls off balance throwing a combination
and James counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. ss is lucky that one didn't land flush. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. ss shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. ss seems to be looking for submissions.
That's one minute gone in the round. ss is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, James has managed to free his arm - good work. ss working James over with strikes. ss is working for a submission of some sort.
ss is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. James doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time ss. ss seems to be looking for submissions.
That's two minutes gone in the round. ss is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and James defends it well. ss is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
This has been an exciting period of action! ss is thwarting James's attempts to control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. ss working over James with some ground and pound. James looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. ss working James over with strikes. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. ss lands a nice short elbow. James avoiding damage under a succession of punches from ss. ss lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. James is defending against the submission attempts here by ss.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. ss seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
James is rocked! ss has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can James defend it? ss steps over the head and cranks it - James is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for ss!
