Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gok Won Khun (ranked 1391 p4p, 1271 weight class) and Nigel Benn Jr (ranked 196 p4p, 181 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Gok Won Khun! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 26 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Nigel Benn Jr! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Percy O'Donnell.

Khun rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Benn Jr moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Khun takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Benn Jr crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Khun - the referee stops the clock and Benn Jr gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Khun. Benn Jr manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Benn Jr scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Khun lands a big head kick that sends Benn Jr tumbling to the mat! Khun takes a step backwards and waves Benn Jr back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Nigel Benn Jr has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Benn Jr scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Benn Jr slips under a jab from Khun. Khun takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Benn Jr is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Khun. Khun takes one to the chin there. A low kick lands for Benn Jr.

Benn Jr throws a hook to the side of Khun's head but Khun sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Benn Jr throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Khun sees it coming and avoids it easily. Benn Jr misses with a wild body shot. Khun darts in trying to clinch and Benn Jr counters with a stiff right hand. A jab from Benn Jr finds it's way through Khun's defenses. Khun looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. A combination from Benn Jr does no damage. Khun defending well as Benn Jr loads up on a big left hand. Benn Jr fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Khun on the side of the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Benn Jr swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Khun is looking to counter punch. Khun throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Benn Jr ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Khun moves away. Benn Jr takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Khun misses with a head kick.
Benn Jr throws a lazy right hand but Khun sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. It appears Khun was looking to counter with a kick there. Khun tries to clinch and Benn Jr counters with a lovely straight right hand! Benn Jr throws an overhand right that lands on Khun's shoulder, as Khun tries to avoid the shot. Khun tries to counter by clinching up but Benn Jr breaks away and moves out of range. Benn Jr lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Khun throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Benn Jr looks for the body kick but Khun saw that one coming.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Khun scores with a decent looking hook. Benn Jr will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Khun takes a swing at Benn Jr's ribcage but misses. Benn Jr scores with a one two! Khun had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Benn Jr has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off. Khun lands a front kick. Khun lands a big head kick that sends Benn Jr tumbling to the mat! Khun takes a step backwards and waves Benn Jr back to his feet - he wants the finish! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A looping hook to the body misses from Khun. Benn Jr does a little dance to reset his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Benn Jr works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Khun slips a jab from Benn Jr. Benn Jr looks to land a right hand but Khun moved out of range. Khun avoids the body shot from Benn Jr.
Khun throws out a loose jab but Benn Jr uses good head movement to avoid it. Khun goes for a high kick. It partially lands. A head kick misses from Khun. Benn Jr throws a right and a left that both miss. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Benn Jr throws a body shot but no joy. Khun scores with a leg kick.
Benn Jr throws a looping overhand right but Khun ducks down to avoid it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Gok Won Khun will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Nigel Benn Jr's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Benn Jr misses with a shot to the body and Khun counters with a two punch combo. Khun fails with an attempt to clinch.
Nigel Benn Jr is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Khun tries to clinch up. Khun misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

That's one minute gone in the round. Benn Jr throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Khun takes a body punch but keeps moving. Benn Jr feints a jab promting Khun to slip. Benn Jr then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Khun slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Khun is rocked! Benn Jr lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Khun head around and knocks him out cold! Benn Jr hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.
