Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Slippy Johnson (ranked 4846 p4p, 3827 weight class) and Marcus Kaczmarek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Slippy Johnson is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Slippy Johnson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Marcus Kaczmarek! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kaczmarek closes the distance and clinches. Johnson throws an elbow but it misses.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily. Johnson misses with some punches.
Kaczmarek pulls guard. Kaczmarek has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Johnson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Johnson loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kaczmarek looking for subs off his back but Johnson has passed one foot through into half guard.
Johnson is nestled in close to Kaczmarek, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
That's one minute gone in the round. Johnson is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Johnson is thwarting Kaczmarek's attempts to control the position. Kaczmarek moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Johnson cracks Kaczmarek with a solid left hand. Johnson controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Johnson postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Johnson controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Johnson has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Kaczmarek is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Johnson is aware though and is defending well. Kaczmarek has his foot on Johnson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Johnson works his way back into a safe position though. Kaczmarek can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Johnson controls the pace. Johnson seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Kaczmarek for as long as he can get away with. Kaczmarek is trying to control the position but Johnson postures up. Kaczmarek has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Johnson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Johnson controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Johnson wants to control from the top but Kaczmarek keeps moving. Johnson sitting in guard, not really doing much.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Johnson pushes Kaczmarek up against the cage in a clinch. The referee is keeping an eye on Kaczmarek - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Johnson has had enough of the clinch but Kaczmarek keeps him there for the moment. Johnson wants a takedown but no success here.
Johnson is looking for a takedown. Johnson misses with a short punch on the inside. Johnson has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Kaczmarek after a bit of a struggle. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Slippy Johnson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Kaczmarek displaying some good clinch control by pressing Johnson up against the cage. Kaczmarek blocks a body shot from Johnson. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Johnson misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Kaczmarek.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Kaczmarek. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Slippy Johnson will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Johnson closes the distance and clinches up with Kaczmarek, looking for a takedown. Johnson pushes Kaczmarek against the cage but Kaczmarek circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Johnson fails with a takedown attempt. And Kaczmarek tries to counter it with a takedown but Johnson pushes his down on his head and steps out. Kaczmarek throws a sloppy head kick and Johnson counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. No luck for Johnson with that takedown attempt. Kaczmarek counters with a body kick. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Slippy Johnson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Kaczmarek circles away from the clinch attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Johnson has his takedown stuffed and Kaczmarek decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Johnson's guard. Kaczmarek pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Johnson is keeping the position for now. Kaczmarek forces his way into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kaczmarek is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Johnson still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Johnson has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work! Kaczmarek manages to get back to half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Johnson lands with a punch from half guard. Kaczmarek looking for submissions off his back. Johnson seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime. Johnson is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Johnson prevents Kaczmarek from improving his position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kaczmarek actively working from the bottom here. Kaczmarek looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Johnson controlling the action here. Kaczmarek is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Kaczmarek is trying to control Johnson's posture. Johnson takes advantage of the lull and advances to side control. He also appears to have an arm triangle here! Uh oh, big trouble for Kaczmarek! Johnson is rotating here... this could be the end... Kaczmarek is out! Johnson has ended this one emphatically! Great submission!
