Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Richard Moore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Jericho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Jericho's choice of entrance music: Moving in Stereo by The Cars. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Richard Moore! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Dan Jericho! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Paul Tew and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jericho rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Moore moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Moore takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Moore shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Jericho as he avoids it easily. Jericho decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Jericho is trying to control. Moore wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Moore wants to get back to full guard but Jericho has mounted him! Moore is trying desperately to improve position. Moore is working hard here to advance position. Jericho takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Jericho with good strikes from the mount here! Moore is trying to get to the ropes to help him get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Moore keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Moore swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing. Jericho lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Jericho has his opponent pinned against the ropes, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Moore's face.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Jericho lands a heavy elbow. Jericho cracks Moore with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

BOOM! Jericho connects with a massive shot to the dome!
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Moore tries to lock up and control but Jericho gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Moore in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Jericho cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Moore slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Moore has hold of Jericho's hands but Jericho slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jericho passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Moore! Jericho tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Jericho lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Jericho looking to control but Moore is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Jericho landing shots from mount. Moore keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Jericho dominating with strikes here. Moore is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Jericho cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Jericho lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Moore is in a horrible position here. Jericho smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Jericho avoids the attempt from Moore to control. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. BOOM! Jericho connects with a massive shot to the dome!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dan Jericho dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Jericho drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Moore is positioning himself to get back to half guard. You can see the frustration on Moore's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Jericho working the ground and pound. Jericho scores with punches from side control. Jericho cracks Moore with a big right hand but Moore just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Jericho looks up at the clock and then as Moore takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Jericho smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Moore wants to control but Jericho postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jericho is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Dan Jericho has got the better of the ground game so far. Jericho cracks Moore with a big elbow. Moore is trying to control Jericho's posture but Jericho avoids it. Jericho working the head and body with strikes. Jericho trying to control the position but Moore is working away. Jericho lands some shots froms side control. Moore is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Jericho is one step ahead and moves to full mount! The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jericho in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.

Jericho landing punches. Jericho scoring with strikes but Moore is staying in there. Jericho postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Moore looks a forlorn figure.

Dan Jericho showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!
Moore tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Jericho swivels and escapes. Moore tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Jericho paws at him with a jab and circles away. Jericho misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jericho shoots for a double leg takedown but Moore sprawls well. He's pushed Jericho's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Dan Jericho seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jericho shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Moore's guard. Jericho passes easily into side control. Nice work. Moore sneaks back into half guard. Jericho trying to mount his opponent but Moore defends it. Moore manages to get to full guard.
Moore preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Jericho takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's one minute gone in the round. Moore tries to land a sweep but no joy. Jericho looking to pass the guard. Moore keeping moving, preventing Jericho from controlling successfully. Jericho pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Moore is keeping the position for now. Jericho postures up.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Moore wants to clinch up but Jericho keeps it at a distance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Moore is looking to clinch but Jericho is avoiding it.
Jericho drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Jericho scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Moore tries to land a sweep but no joy. Jericho postures up.
Moore thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Moore looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Jericho has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jericho lands a couple of elbows. Jericho preventing the sweep.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Jericho misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Jericho tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Jericho throws a right and a left that both miss. Moore misses with a takedown and Jericho decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Moore's guard. Jericho missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Moore controls Jericho momentarily but Jericho frees himself. Jericho keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Moore's head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jericho looking to pass the guard. Moore is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Jericho passes Moore's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Dan Jericho is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Moore gets back to full guard.
Moore is looking to stand up but Jericho isn't so interested in that idea. Moore looking for a sweep. Not yet Moore, not yet. Richard Moore has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Jericho is pushing down on Moore's leg trying to pass to half guard. Moore is fighting to maintain full guard but Jericho has managed to sneak the leg through.
And that's the end of the fight! Dan Jericho comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Jericho has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
