Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Klay Dee (ranked 241 p4p, 439 weight class) and Disco Kid (ranked 30 p4p, 53 weight class). Dee's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Tyler, The Creator - Who Dat Boy. Kid has chosen Wu Tang Clan - Protect Ya Neck as his entrance music. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 30 - 13 - 0, fighting out of London, Klay Dee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Disco Kid!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, William Gold and Sam Margolis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big left from Dee misses.
Kid throws a shot from downtown. Dee moves away and avoids it.
Kid throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Dee stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Dee connects with a good right hand that stumbles Kid. Kid circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Kid gets a double leg takedown into Dee's guard.
Kid trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Dee is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Kid trying to control but Dee is working from the bottom.

Dee has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Kid is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
Kid tries to work over Dee's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Dee misses with a punch on the inside.
Dee lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Kid backwards.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kid escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Dee pulls out of a head kick attempt.
The fighters circling - Kid throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Kid throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Klay Dee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Dee displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Kid throws out the jab.

Dee seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

Kid tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Dee was well out of range. Poor timing from Kid.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Dee throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Dee throws out a loose jab but Kid uses good head movement to avoid it.
Dee is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.

Dee looks to score with a jab to the body but Kid is just out of range.

Dee does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
A telegraphed right hand from Dee misses the target.
Kid shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Dee as he jumps to the side.
Kid is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.
Dee misses with a looping left.

Kid shoots in and gets a takedown into Dee's guard.
Dee keeping moving, preventing Kid from controlling successfully.
Kid stays in close to Dee's body and controls the position.
Dee has control of Kid's left arm, preventing Kid from doing any damage.
Kid is stalling in the full guard.
Dee wants to stand and escape but Kid is having none of it.
Dee wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Dee continues to stall.
Kid is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Dee is looking to stand up but Kid isn't so interested in that idea.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Dee throws a hook to the side of Kid's head but Kid sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Dee swats away the attempt to clinch by Kid.
Dee looks to land a right hand but Kid moved out of range.
Dee connects with a right hand. Kid shakes it off.
Dee walks into a stiff left hand from Kid.
Dee needs to keep his hands up - Kid had a free shot at his head there.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Kid swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Klay Dee dominated that round.

A right-left combo lands from Dee.
Dee tries to score with a low kick but Kid moves his leg out of the way.
Dee cracks Kid with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Kid is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Dee.
Kid takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Dee missing with a left hand there. Kid was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
And Kid tries to counter it with a takedown but Dee pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Dee scores with a head kick.
Kid avoids a punch combination nicely.
Kid tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Dee throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

A slow jab from Kid misses its intended target.
Kid slips a straight right by Dee.
Dee misses with a hook. Kid ducked under it nicely.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Dee will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Kid stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Dee swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Dee has his feet on Kid's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.

Dee looking to improve position, pressing down on Kid's thigh with his hand. Kid seems to be working to lock up a guilotine though... is Dee paying attention? Apparently not! He's locked it up tight! Dee's face has turned purple! Will he tap? Will he! YES! He's tapped! Kid picked his opening and made it count! Great finish!

In his post fight interview, Disco Kid started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
