Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Seehaver (ranked 1981 p4p, 1722 weight class) and Mateusz Biernat (ranked 250 p4p, 214 weight class). Biernat has chosen Ballroom Blitz as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Mateusz Biernat has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 10 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Kyle Seehaver! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 16 - 17 - 0, fighting out of London, Mateusz Biernat! The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Hirohito Nitta and Tatsuya Matsuyama.

Seehaver misses with a takedown attempt - Biernat sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Biernat instigates a clinch. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Biernat wants to stand and escape but Seehaver is having none of it. Seehaver passes Biernat's right leg, so he's now in half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Biernat wants to get back to his feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Seehaver has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Biernat. Biernat throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Seehaver stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

He's got his arms around Biernat's waist but Biernat gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Seehaver off to one side. Biernat unleashes a big counter combination but Seehaver bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Biernat lands a brutal head kick. Seehaver looks out on his feet and Biernat throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
