Good standup being displayed there by Sato as he connects with a hook.
Keaty closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Sato bucks up and tries to throw Keaty off but instead Keaty has got his back!
Sato really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Keaty. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Keaty has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Sato is defending well but eventually Keaty manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Sato has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
