Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Abdulhassan Nurmanov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Buster Nut!

Nut manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Nurmanov on his heels. He'll look to pass Nurmanov's guard now, I'm sure.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Nut is stalling in the full guard.

Nut decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Nurmanov, up you get!
Nurmanov goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
A right-left combo lands from Nurmanov.
Nurmanov shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Nut eats them both and turns towards Nurmanov to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Nurmanov lands a head kick. Nut smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Nut takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Nut shoots in but Nurmanov avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Nurmanov stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Abdulhassan Nurmanov is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Nut moves in looking to clinch but Nurmanov pushes him off.
It looked like Nurmanov wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Nut shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Nurmanov but Nurmanov pushes him off and we're back to square one.
A nice leg kick from Nurmanov, right into the meat of the thigh.
Nurmanov throws a leg kick which misses Nut's front leg but catches the back leg as Nut tries to avoid it.

Nut drives through with a takedown into Nurmanov's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Nurmanov wants to stand and escape but Nut is having none of it.
Nut sitting in guard here, content to control.
Nut wants to pass the guard but Nurmanov is keeping the position.

Nut gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Nurmanov lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Nut backs up against the cage.
Nurmanov lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Nut doesn't succeed with the takedown
enabling Nurmanov to counter with a crisp jab.
Abdulhassan Nurmanov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Buster Nut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Nurmanov with a nice cross.
Nut on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Nurmanov slaps away a takedown attempt from Nut, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Nurmanov is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Nurmanov fails to land with a series of punches.
Nut is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Nurmanov with a body shot.
Nut shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Nurmanov but Nurmanov pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Nurmanov lunges at Nut with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Nut's hand.
Nurmanov lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Nut has his takedown stuffed
and Nut takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
A nice inside leg kick there by Nurmanov. That's going to slow Nut down.
A chopping leg kick lands by Nurmanov.
Nut moves in looking to clinch but Nurmanov pushes him off.
Nut shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Nurmanov as he avoids it easily.
Nut looks winded!
Nurmanov lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Nurmanov throws a head kick that half lands.
Nurmanov cracks Nut with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Nut looks to clinch
and Nurmanov counters with a series of strikes. Nut will be more careful next time no doubt.
Nut closes the distance and clinches up with Nurmanov, looking for a takedown. Nut pushes Nurmanov against the cage but Nurmanov circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Nut lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Nurmanov circles away quickly and effectively.
Nut has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Nut is rocked!
Nurmanov connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Nut to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Nurmanov!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Abdulhassan Nurmanov!
