Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jozko Krakenik! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Pal Simmeon! The judges for this bout are Francis DeMontford, Bruno Hogan and Ben Watson.

It looks like Jozko Krakenik has been cut. Simmeon cracks Krakenik with a right hand to the side of the head. Simmeon misses with a body shot.
Simmeon should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Simmeon misses the shot to the body. Krakenik walks into a jab. Simmeon misses with a wild body shot. Simmeon tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Krakenik was well out of range. Poor timing from Simmeon. Krakenik throwing a counter right hand but Simmeon manages to avoid it. Simmeon throws an overhand right that lands on Krakenik's shoulder, as Krakenik tries to avoid the shot. Krakenik seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance. Simmeon throws a lazy uppercut
and Krakenik counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Simmeon lands with an overhand left. Simmeon misses with a body punch
and Krakenik counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Krakenik looking to slow down the pace here. Simmeon working some nice short punches in the clinch. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A hook to the body from Simmeon.

That's one minute gone in the round. Krakenik stalling against the cage.
Simmeon throws a punch but it's blocked by Krakenik. Simmeon lands a nice uppercut. Simmeon is trying to push Krakenik away but Krakenik has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Simmeon breaks from the clinch.
Krakenik slips under a jab from Simmeon. Simmeon throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Krakenik is looking to counter punch. A looping hook to the body misses from Simmeon. Krakenik does a little dance to reset his feet. It looked like Krakenik wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Krakenik tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Simmeon was well out of range. Poor timing from Krakenik. Simmeon closes the distance looking to clinch so Krakenik counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Simmeon working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Krakenik. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Krakenik scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Krakenik won't allow Simmeon to get back to his feet. Krakenik trying to control but Simmeon is working from the bottom. Krakenik has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Krakenik drops back looking for a leg! Simmeon is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Simmeon manages to kick Krakenik off! Krakenik jumps back into Simmeon's guard. Simmeon is looking to stand up but Krakenik isn't so interested in that idea. Krakenik is working Simmeon over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Simmeon wants to get back to his feet but Krakenik is in a dominant position and won't allow it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Krakenik's corner is telling him to maintain position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Simmeon wants to stand but Krakenik is controlling the position. Krakenik landing with the ground and pound. Krakenik controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Simmeon is looking to stand up but Krakenik isn't so interested in that idea. Krakenik with a flurry of punches that miss. Simmeon is looking to stand up but Krakenik isn't so interested in that idea. Krakenik lands a couple of decent looking shots. Krakenik makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Krakenik cracks Simmeon with a solid left hand. Krakenik throws a big elbow that misses. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Krakenik is in close to Simmeon's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Simmeon is rocked! Krakenik working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Simmeon's head. Simmeon is still in real trouble! Can Krakenik finish him? We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Simmeon can do anything to dispel that myth. Krakenik arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Simmeon's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
