Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Diamon Drajevic (ranked 3132 p4p, 3844 weight class) and Julian Tremblay (ranked 388 p4p, 456 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Julian Tremblay!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.

Tremblay loads up on a big right hand but Drajevic slips the punch.
Drajevic connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Tremblay connects with a nice looking jab.

Drajevic definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Drajevic swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Tremblay stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

A little feinted left hand from Drajevic on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Tremblay fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Drajevic, pushing him back against the cage.

Drajevic tries to work over Tremblay's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Drajevic blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
The referee calls for Drajevic to work.
Tremblay manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Drajevic seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Drajevic wants to control from the top but Tremblay keeps moving.

Tremblay is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Drajevic is controlling him.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Tremblay can do anything to dispel that myth.
Tremblay is trying to maintain the position but Drajevic is very close to passing his half guard.
Drajevic wants to work for an arm triangle but Tremblay is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Drajevic is taking a breather. Tremblay says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Tremblay is pushing off trying to get to his feet. Drajevic has hold of the leg though and he's dropped back for a heel hook… has he got it?? YES! Tremblay is tapping! This fight is all over!
