Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Santiago Holmes and Sandra Marshall.

Apolinario throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bloomer's waist but Bloomer gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Apolinario off to one side.
Bloomer throws out a counter right but Apolinario avoids it with no problem.
Bloomer connects with a body shot that sends Apolinario's belly button to the back.
Bloomer scores with a nice right hand.
Apolinario closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Bloomer looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Apolinario is trying to control the action in half guard but Bloomer is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Bloomer is trying to stand up here but Apolinario is controlling him well.
Bloomer is defending against the submission attempts here by Apolinario.

Bloomer is squirming around, avoiding Apolinario's attempts to control the action.

You get the feeling that Bloomer really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Bloomer is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Apolinario is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Bloomer can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Apolinario wants to finish this one by submission but Bloomer is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Apolinario.

He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Bloomer looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Apolinario! Submission of the night perhaps?
