Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Sebastian Bach! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Rafael Benedetti! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Reed Andrews and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bach changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Benedetti looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Benedetti is holding Bach down, trying to stall. Bach advances nicely into full mount. Benedetti tries to hold on but Bach postures up. Benedetti in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Bach scoring with strikes but Benedetti is staying in there. Benedetti has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.
Benedetti is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Bach off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted. Bach is hanging on to Benedetti's back as he tries to escape.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Benedetti is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.

Benedetti felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. Benedetti has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Bach is working away from the top position though. Bach working Benedetti over with strikes. Benedetti wants to get back to full guard. Bach is trying to work for a kimura but Benedetti is defending well.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sebastian Bach dominated that round. That's time! Bach's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. Bach fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Benedetti follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land. Bach doesn't succeed with the takedown and Benedetti counters with a slapping leg kick. Sebastian Bach seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Benedetti chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Benedetti lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Bach tries for a takedown but Benedetti circles away easily and Benedetti counters with a nice low kick that buckles Bach's knee momentarily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sebastian Bach. That's going to take a lot out of him. Benedetti leaves Bach with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bach throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Benedetti's waist but Benedetti gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bach off to one side. Benedetti scores with a jab to the jaw. Bach gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Benedetti counters with a lovely straight right hand!
That's one minute gone in the round. Bach misses with a takedown and Benedetti counters with a lovely shot to the body. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Bach drops his hands momentarily and Benedetti takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Rafael Benedetti is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Benedetti scoring well with a low kick there.

Bach gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Benedetti counters with a head kick that crumples his opponent - he's in a world of trouble! Benedetti looks at the referee who does nothing so Benedetti lands a crushing right that sends Bach to the floor! This time the ref steps in to end the fight.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rafael Benedetti! After winning the bout, Rafael Benedetti thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
