The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Carlos moves into the clinch. Carlos is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Kingstar is defending well. Kingstar has Carlos pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Kingstar pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Carlos tumbling to the mat - Kingstar dives into Carlos 's guard. It looks like he's just sitting there. Carlos seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Kingstar does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Carlos prevents Kingstar from improving his position. Kingstar is not content to let Carlos control the position. Kingstar moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Carlos won't allow Kingstar to sweep him here. Carlos is fighting to break Kingstar's control of his arms but Kingstar is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Carlos looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Carlos might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Carlos stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kingstar swivels though and keeps the full guard. Kingstar looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
