Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Shane Murphy (ranked 6895 p4p, 2910 weight class) and Jab Buckeye (ranked 609 p4p, 369 weight class). Buckeye has chosen Right above it lil Wayne as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Murphy takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Murphy tries a head kick but it misses.

It looks like Jab Buckeye has been cut.
Murphy has been working on his boxing with his coaches at CrossFit Sydney in the buildup to the fight.
Murphy has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Buckeye finds it's way round the side to connect with Murphy's head.
Buckeye sizes up Murphy with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Buckeye lands a nice hook to Murphy's body. Murphy takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Buckeye throws a nice looking combination but Murphy bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Buckeye paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Buckeye jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Murphy is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Murphy is rocked!
Buckeye closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Murphy out cold! Murphy corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.

Jab Buckeye decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
