Slater swings widly with a right hand
and Daebak connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Daebak turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Daebak has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Daebak throws a lazy right hand but Slater sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Slater walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Daebak checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Daebak throws a solid leg kick but Slater takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Daebak.
It looked like Slater wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Daebak sizes up Slater with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Slater with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Daebak to score with a decent uppercut.
Slater is rocked!
Daebak finds Slater's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Slater flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Daebak lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Slater will be OK.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Harry Daebak!
After the fight, Harry Daebak was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
