Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Howard (ranked 4891 p4p, 5507 weight class) and Reed Richards (ranked 551 p4p, 590 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Reed Richards enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Michael Howard! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Reed Richards! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Phil Schofield and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! No joy there for Howard, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Richards gets a clinch. Howard takes a shot to the head. Richards has Howard pressed against the cage, preventing Howard from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Howard wants to break the clinch but can't.
Howard definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Howard is trying to push Richards away but Richards has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Richards keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Howard's efforts to push away. Richards successfully pulls guard.
Howard throws a strike but Richards rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Howard keeping moving, preventing Richards from controlling successfully. Richards pushes down on Howard's leg and manages to get into half guard. Richards passes to full mount! Howard is squirming around, avoiding Richards's attempts to control the action. Richards jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Howard manages to avoid the submission attempt. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Richards works to advance to full mount. Howard defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. Richards lands a big elbow.
It looks like Michael Howard has been cut. Howard takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Poor strikes thrown by Richards there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Richards throwing strikes here but Howard is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Richards is working for a guillotine from mount but Howard frees his head quite easily.
Howard knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Richards on the ground. Richards landing strikes, looking to finish! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Richards lands a big shot there that rocks Howard but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Michael Howard's cut is getting worse. Richards looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Richards throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Howard has his hands clasped together but Richards breaks the hold and Howard is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Richards!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Reed Richards!
