Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Yonic (ranked 875 p4p, 1197 weight class) and Rahim Lloyd (ranked 119 p4p, 164 weight class). Lloyd has chosen Killing in the Name of- Rage Against The Machine as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Daniel Yonic could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Rahim Lloyd's chin.

Yonic shoots and misses
and Lloyd counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Yonic misses with a body shot
and Lloyd counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Yonic closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lloyd circles away.
Yonic dives in and grabs Lloyd's left leg, looking for a takedown. Lloyd pushes down on Yonic's head and hops out.
Lloyd steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.

Yonic goes for a double leg but Lloyd avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Lloyd continues to drive forward.

Yonic shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Lloyd's guard.
Lloyd has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Yonic off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Lloyd is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Yonic tries to score a power double leg takedown but Lloyd sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Yonic somewhat.
Lloyd is looking for the big counter here.

and Lloyd counters with a big right hand! Oh Yonic is in trouble here! Lloyd follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
