Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Vlad Putin (ranked 16431 p4p, 2264 weight class) and Lorenzo Turturro (ranked 699 p4p, 306 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Putin might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Rasputin Vladimir Putin Love The Way You Move. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Putin rushes Turturro and presses him up against the ropes.

Turturro escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Turturro works the jab nicely.

The fighters circle momentarily. Turturro darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

A quick step to the side and Putin tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

Putin takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Turturro lands with a hook. Putin tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Putin walks straight into devastating uppercut and drops to the floor, clearly wobbled! Can he beat the count? 4,5,6,7... he's up! And he's down again! The ref steps in and calls an end to the fight! What a punch that was!

Lorenzo Turturro decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
