Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jackson Portis (ranked 1688 p4p, 1304 weight class) and Dominic Trujillo (ranked 262 p4p, 202 weight class). Dominic Trujillo told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Portis throws a shot from downtown. Trujillo moves away and avoids it.

Trujillo fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Portis sprawls well initially but Trujillo persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Portis has one foot on Trujillo's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Dominic Trujillo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Trujillo swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Trujillo is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Portis.
