Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Petr Valder (ranked 5197 p4p, 4905 weight class) and Takeshi Takeda (ranked 0 p4p, 502 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Yuuki Gou and Yasuomi Hirokawa.

Takeda feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Valder shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Takeda napping and manages to drive through into side control!

That was a close round but I would say that Petr Valder will probably get the nod.

Valder misses with a takedown attempt - Takeda sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Takeda tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.

A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Well Takeda has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
