And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Konstantin Stepanov!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Sam Margolis and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Krieg throws a left and a right that both miss
and Stepanov counters with a nice double leg into side control. Krieg won't be happy with that.
Stepanov creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Stepanov has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Stepanov is working Krieg over with some ground and pound from side control.
Stepanov is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Krieg is trying to escape and Stepanov transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Krieg is forced to tap! Nice work there by Stepanov! Very nice indeed!
