Coming up we have a welterweight kickboxing rules bout between Karl Liebknecht (ranked 20802 p4p, 4786 weight class) and Victor Mordino (ranked 672 p4p, 566 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Karl Liebknecht! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 11 - 28 - 1, fighting out of London, Victor Mordino! The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Dillan Fox and Robert Douchet.

Mordino lands with an uppercut that bounces Liebknecht off the ropes and back into range. Mordino throws a leg kick and Liebknecht holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Liebknecht throws a punch but it's blocked by Mordino. Liebknecht misses with the head strike.

Mordino told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight. Liebknecht lands a hook to the side of the head. A nice right hand lands inside from Liebknecht. Liebknecht has a couple of punches blocked by Mordino.
Mordino blocks a body shot from Liebknecht. Mordino is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Liebknecht leaning against his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round. Liebknecht throws a head punch that misses. Liebknecht working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. Mordino blocks an uppercut.
I was talking to Liebknecht's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. Liebknecht lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Mordino backwards. Liebknecht using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Mordino has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Liebknecht has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Mordino finds it's way round the side to connect with Liebknecht's head. Liebknecht scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard. Liebknecht moves out of range of the body kick. Liebknecht misses with a body punch
and Mordino counters with a two punch combo. Mordino throws a head kick that misses and Liebknecht connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Liebknecht moves out of range of the body kick. Liebknecht fires out a quick counter leg kick but Mordino just manages to avoid it. Mordino looks to land a left hand but Liebknecht moved out of range nicely. Mordino lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Mordino throws a head kick that misses. Mordino staggers Liebknecht with a jab and knocks him down with a follow up straight! Liebknecht looks in trouble, will he beat the count?! The count has reached 5 and he's only back to 1 knee - it's going to be close! 6,7,8 - he's up! No! He's back down again! 9...10 - he's can't beat the count and Mordino is victorious!
