The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Kisaragi misses the target.
Kisaragi tries for a takedown but Smith sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Smith cracks Kisaragi with an open hand slap.
Smith lands an overhand right.
Smith keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Smith scores with a decent looking hook.

Smith uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Kisaragi.
Kisaragi throws a series of punches but Smith avoids them all with ease.
Kisaragi shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Smith pinned against the cage. Smith gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Umbabarauma Smith has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Yuffie Kisaragi.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Smith moves away from the strike by Kisaragi.

Smith misses with the combination.

Kisaragi has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Smith works over Kisaragi's head and body with a nice combination.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Smith scores with the left hand. Kisaragi knows he should have avoided that one.
Smith misses with a wild combination.
Kisaragi throws a left and a right that both miss
letting Smith counter with a right hand.
Kisaragi swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Smith counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

and Smith counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Umbabarauma Smith is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Smith throws a nice looking combination but Kisaragi bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Kisaragi throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Smith counters with a stiff right hand.
Kisaragi misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Smith connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

and Smith counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Umbabarauma Smith dominated that second round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Smith is trying to improve his position.
Kisaragi lands a nice forearm strike.
Kisaragi grinds an elbow into Smith's temple.
Smith tries to bench press Kisaragi off him but Kisaragi keeps the position.

Kisaragi is working Smith over with some ground and pound from side control.

Smith is not content to let Kisaragi control the position.
Smith is trying to get back to half guard.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Smith tries to bench press Kisaragi off him but Kisaragi keeps the position.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Kisaragi works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.

Kisaragi scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Smith to see if he's OK.


Smith is rocked!
Kisaragi postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Smith is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

Kisaragi not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Kisaragi is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Smith!

Smith takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Kisaragi's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
