Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lanuola Sefina (ranked 2249 p4p, 3827 weight class) and Anton Meshkov (ranked 271 p4p, 412 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Sefina misses with a two punch combination.
We've been hearing reports that Sefina has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Sefina fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Meshkov looks like he wants to counter punch here.

Sefina is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Meshkov can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Sefina cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Meshkov really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sefina. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Sefina loads up with a big shot that hurts Meshkov! He's pulled Sefina in close but Sefina has postured up and lands more strikes. Can Meshkov survive? More strikes from Sefina and Meshkov is out! The ref jumps in to save him! Brutal ground and pound!
