Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Thorvald Nansen (ranked 2810 p4p, 5096 weight class) and Da Two (ranked 335 p4p, 502 weight class). Nansen comes to the cage accompanied by Benny Jamz - Torden. Da Two will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Two misses with a hook. Nansen ducked under it nicely.
Nansen sizes up Two with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Thorvald Nansen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nansen feints and as Two raises his hands in defense, Nansen changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Nansen might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Nansen has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Nansen is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Nansen gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Nansen gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Nansen apologises and we restart here on the feet.

Nansen connects with a vicious head kick that knocks Two to the floor! Nansen dives in looking for the finish!

Nansen is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Two looks calm but he's in trouble here. Nansen gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Two is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Nansen lets go of the hold and Two can pop his arm back in it's socket.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Thorvald Nansen!
In defeat, Da Two stepped up to the mic, saying 'What seems to be the problem boss?'.
