Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

No joy there for Pong, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Pong uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Malone.
As Malone looks to move away, Pong throws a big counter combo but Malone just gets out of the way.
BOOM! Pong lands a beautiful left hook that drops Malone. Malone tries to recover but Pong is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Malone lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Von Pong!
Von Pong decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
