Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Rikuto Ryuunosuke (ranked 1578 p4p, 2418 weight class) and Ieuan Thomas (ranked 181 p4p, 262 weight class). Ryuunosuke kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is You Wa Shock. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Thomas throws a right hand that Ryuunosuke ducks under and follows up with a left that Ryuunosuke also avoids with ease.

Ryuunosuke gets a clinch.
Thomas is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Ryuunosuke is defending well.

Ryuunosuke gets control of Thomas's arms and successfully pulls guard. Ryuunosuke will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Ryuunosuke isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Thomas stacks Ryuunosuke on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Thomas!
