De Sucre moves out of range as Waldron throws a body kick.
Waldron lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
A big right from De Sucre misses.
De Sucre throws a series of punches but Waldron moves out of range.
Waldron tests De Sucre's chin there with a solid looking shot.
De Sucre looks to score with a jab to the body but Waldron is just out of range.

Waldron moves into the clinch successfully.
The referee calls for Waldron to work.
Waldron presses De Sucre against the ropes and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Waldron lands an elbow that stopped De Sucre in his tracks for a moment.
I was talking to Waldron's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Waldron.

Waldron drops De Sucre with a big knee! Will De Sucre beat the count? Yep, he's up already and we're only at 3... let's see if he's just faking it or if he's actually OK.

It looks like Antonio Jose De Sucre has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Waldron fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and De Sucre has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
De Sucre throws a right and a left that Waldron avoids nicely.
Waldron fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
De Sucre takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Waldron connects with a quick right hand that sends De Sucre tumbling backwards onto the canvas! As his head bounces into the ropes, it doesn't look good for him beating the count! 3,4,5,6,7 and he's up! No, he's back down again! This one is all over - the referee has called off the fight!
