Cannonier shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Giroud pinned against the cage. Giroud gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Giroud cracks Cannonier with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Cannonier fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Giroud avoids it really well and circles away.
Cannonier tries for a takedown but Giroud sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Bastien Giroud has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of DJ Cannonier.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Cannonier tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Giroud swivels and escapes.
Cannonier get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Cannonier stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Giroud runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
