Takeda with a poor takedown
and deGrasse Tyson counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Takeda is lucky that one didn't land flush.
deGrasse Tyson throws a sloppy head kick and Takeda moves out of range easily.

and Takeda counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Takeda drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and deGrasse Tyson dives on top into guard.
Takeda is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but deGrasse Tyson frees his head nicely. Oh but Takeda has switched to an armbar! deGrasse Tyson is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!

In his post fight interview, Kazuki Takeda started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
