Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bradley Beast (ranked 2466 p4p, 3115 weight class) and Bison Jury (ranked 334 p4p, 418 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bradley Beast! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bison Jury! The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Colin Fotheringham and Richard Clark.

Jury defending well as Beast loads up on a big left hand. Beast throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Beast has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
It looks like Bradley Beast has been cut. Beast circles away from the clinch attempt.
Beast was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Jury ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Jury scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Beast doesn't seem bothered though. Bison Jury seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jury tries to bum rush Beast with a series of wild strikes but Beast uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Beast throws a hook but Jury blocks it. Jury throws a body shot but no joy. Beast swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jury tries to clinch there but Beast circles away.

and Beast counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Jury fails with an attempt to clinch.

Jury tries to bum rush Beast with a series of wild strikes but Beast uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Beast swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Jury rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Beast moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Beast appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Beast gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Jury. No joy there for Jury, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
It looked like Beast was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Jury. Beast avoids the body shot from Jury.
Beast tries to keep at a distance but Jury has taken the fight into the clinch. Beast throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Jury tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Beast lands a shoulder strike. Jury jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Beast walks away with a smile on his face. Jury gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jury throws a body punch but Beast moves out of range. Nice straight punches there by Beast. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Beast. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Jury tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Beast bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Beast scores with a shot to the body.
Beast is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Jury throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

and Beast counters with a crisp right that sends Jury to the canvas! Beast follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bradley Beast! After the fight, Bradley Beast was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
