Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lopaka Tanaka (ranked 3071 p4p, 6304 weight class) and Anthony Sinclair (ranked 410 p4p, 635 weight class). Anthony Sinclair is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lopaka Tanaka!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Anthony Sinclair!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.

Sinclair tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Tanaka paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Tanaka lands a jab.
It looks like Anthony Sinclair has been cut.
Sinclair takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Tanaka with a body punch. A glancing blow.
The fight stays on the outside here - Sinclair looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Tanaka throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Sinclair stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Tanaka lands the left hand.
Sinclair doesn't manage to clinch there - Tanaka circles away.
Tanaka lands a big right hand that sends Sinclair crashing to the mat! Tanaka stays standing though and waves Sinclair back to his feet!
Sinclair is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sinclair tries to get into range but Tanaka steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Sinclair! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Tanaka scores the big KO victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Lopaka Tanaka!
