Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brutalis Rhino (ranked 2539 p4p, 1971 weight class) and Vlad Tepes Iii (ranked 365 p4p, 294 weight class). Brutalis Rhino could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Vlad Tepes Iii's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 4 - 1 - 1, fighting out of London, Vlad Tepes Iii! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Wagner Zegers and Albert Achterberg.

Tepes Iii is trying to counter with his kicks. Rhino shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Tepes Iii's guard. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Tepes Iii escapes and throws Rhino's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Tepes Iii prevents Rhino from escaping the position. A lull in the action here. Tepes Iii trying to control the action but Rhino is working from the bottom. Rhino is trying to buck Tepes Iii off.

Tepes Iii is staying tight to Rhino's torso, preventing him from escaping. Rhino is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Tepes Iii wants to pass the guard but Rhino is defending well. Rhino tries to kick Tepes Iii off but Tepes Iii keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Tepes Iii passes to full mount! Vlad Tepes Iii dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Tepes Iii swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Tepes Iii lands a head kick. Rhino smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Tepes Iii avoids a lazy jab quite easily. A countering left hand to the body from Tepes Iii misses. Tepes Iii throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. Rhino tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Rhino throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Nice defenses there by Rhino. Rhino looks for a takedown but Tepes Iii sprawls well. Rhino shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Tepes Iii is looking to land body kicks. Tepes Iii lands a front kick. Tepes Iii scores with a kick to the midsection. Tepes Iii connects with an inside leg kick. Brutalis Rhino seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. This has been an exciting period of action! Tepes Iii lands with a good body shot. Rhino throws a series of punches but Tepes Iii avoids them all with ease. Rhino throws a nice looking combination but Tepes Iii bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rhino dives in and scores a takedown into Tepes Iii's guard. Tepes Iii manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Rhino manages to get himself to full guard.
Rhino will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Tepes Iii tries to free his leg and advance position but Rhino is retaining full guard. Rhino looking for a guillotine here but Tepes Iii defends easily.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Rhino's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Rhino tries to hold on but Tepes Iii postures up. Rhino bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done! Rhino stands and throws Tepes Iii's legs to the side, diving into side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tepes Iii wants to control but Rhino postures up. Rhino trying to control the position but Tepes Iii is working away. Tepes Iii regains half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rhino is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Tepes Iii has managed to free his arm - good work. Tepes Iii is refusing to be controlled, as Rhino sits in half guard. Tepes Iii tries to get to full guard but Rhino has control of the leg. Rhino is looking for a kimura but Tepes Iii is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Rhino to get the leverage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Vlad Tepes Iii showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round! Rhino takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
A slow jab from Tepes Iii misses its intended target. Rhino doesn't succeed with the takedown and Tepes Iii counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Rhino fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Rhino tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Tepes Iii swivels and escapes. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Brutalis Rhino. That's going to take a lot out of him. Rhino throws out a loose jab but Tepes Iii uses good head movement to avoid it. Rhino takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Rhino ducks right into an uppercut from Tepes Iii. Rhino scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. A head kick misses from Rhino. Tepes Iii ducks under a wild hook from Rhino. Both fighters are breathing heavily. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Rhino shoots in for a takedown but Tepes Iii shows good takedown defense. Rhino takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Tepes Iii cracks Rhino with a good jab.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tepes Iii throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Rhino colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Tepes Iii as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Rhino is left battered and dazed whilst Tepes Iii and his camp cheer!
