Mencken throws a head kick that half lands.
It looks like Hristo Mihailov has been cut.

Mihailov takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Mihailov throws a right and a left that Mencken avoids nicely.
Mencken slips a jab and a cross from Mihailov.

Mencken seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Mencken gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Mencken tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Mihailov is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Mencken buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Mencken!! Mencken is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Mihailov throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hristo Mihailov!
