Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Joe (ranked 4637 p4p, 6384 weight class) and Anthony Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anthony Jackson looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bobby Joe! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Anthony Jackson! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Wesley Smith and Gwen Towbar.

Joe gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Joe is working for takedown but Jackson is calmly controlling the position for now. Joe has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Joe has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Jackson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Joe moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Jackson managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Joe.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters, thinking about a standup. Jackson tries to get back to half guard but can't. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Jackson prevents Joe from moving into mount.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bobby Joe dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Joe lands a high kick!

That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Joe stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Joe looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Jackson! Joe controlling from side mount. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Jackson is not content to let Joe control the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Joe shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Jackson pinned against the cage. Jackson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Jackson tries to keep at a distance but Joe has taken the fight into the clinch. Joe blocking some punches.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Joe lands a good knee to the midsection. Jackson won't want to take too many of those. Jackson changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Joe fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Jackson slaps away a takedown attempt from Joe, before circling back to the center of the mat. Jackson steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Joe. Joe shoots in for a takedown but Jackson shows good takedown defense. Jackson drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Joe has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Jackson off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds. Joe has managed to clinch.
Joe breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Joe closes this distance looking for a takedown but Jackson circles away. Jackson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Joe sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jackson somewhat. Joe shoots in and drives through. Jackson sprawls well. As Joe backs off Jackson throws a huge counter combo but Joe manages to avoid it all. Jackson takes a kick to the side of the head. Bobby Joe is winning the standup battle so far. Jackson scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jackson is chipping away with strikes.
You can see the frustration on Joe's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Bobby Joe overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Jackson is staying tight to Joe's torso, preventing him from escaping. Jackson wants to stand but Joe is controlling his arm. Jackson misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

And that's the end of the fight! Bobby Joe showed his dominance in that final round. Well Joe has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
