Knox comes to the cage accompanied by Click Click Boom | Saliva. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Menezes throws a sloppy body shot
and Knox counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Menezes connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Menezes tries to score a power double leg takedown but Knox sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Menezes somewhat.
Menezes scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Knox doesn't seem bothered though.
Menezes cracks Knox with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Menezes tests Knox's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Knox slips a straight right by Menezes.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Knox takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Knox ducks under a wild hook from Menezes.
Knox seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.

Menezes bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Knox is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Menezes is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Knox is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Menezes has an Americana. Knox didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Menezes is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Menezes hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
