Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vincenzo Milano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brian Dockerey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Milano comes to the cage accompanied by Johnny Cash - The Man Comes Around. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The judges for this bout are John Roberts, John Kavanagh and Dean Styles.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dockerey throws a body punch but Milano moves out of range.

Milano shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Milano showed some decent athleticism there.

and Milano counters with a nice double leg into side control. Dockerey won't be happy with that.

Milano goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Dockerey has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Milano but great work by Dockerey.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Milano is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Milano is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Dockerey's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Dockerey's back!

Dockerey is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Milano gets his way!
