Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between KarateO Masuta (ranked 6445 p4p, 19928 weight class) and Kabala Magaluff (ranked 578 p4p, 636 weight class). Masuta comes into the arena with We Can Dance blaring out of the sound system. Magaluff has chosen Shalom as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. KarateO Masuta is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shigeki Fujiwara and Shigeki Sano.

Magaluff fails with the takedown.
Kabala Magaluff seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Masuta jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Masuta bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Masuta throws a nice looking combination but Magaluff bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Magaluff shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Masuta napping and manages to drive through into side control!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Magaluff throws an elbow but Masuta slips to the side and avoids it well.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Masuta throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
And Magaluff tries to counter it with a takedown but Masuta pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Magaluff shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Masuta as he avoids it easily.

KarateO Masuta has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kabala Magaluff.

Masuta lands a front kick.
Magaluff shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Magaluff showed some decent athleticism there.
Masuta wants to get back to his feet.

Masuta makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
Magaluff closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Masuta 's guard.
Masuta wants to stand but Magaluff is controlling the position.

Masuta pushes Magaluff off and scrambles back to his feet.
A nice leg kick lands there from Masuta .
Masuta misses with a few strikes there.
Magaluff is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.

Masuta fakes the leg kick and cracks Magaluff in the body.
Magaluff shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Masuta sprawls well. Masuta wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Magaluff gets slowly back to his feet.
Magaluff fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Masuta manages to avoid it.
Masuta throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Masuta looks to land a combination but Magaluff avoids it well.
Masuta stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Masuta wants it to stay on the feet.
Masuta lands with a thumping leg kick.

Masuta throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Magaluff misses with a straight right.
Masuta stuffs the takedown attempt from Magaluff. Magaluff gets slowly back to his feet.
Magaluff gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Masuta cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Masuta lands with a nice body punch.
Magaluff shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Magaluff was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The ground and pound from Magaluff seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Masuta is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Magaluff asserts his dominance and retains side control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
KarateO Masuta dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Magaluff goes for a double leg but Masuta avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Masuta continues to drive forward.
Masuta scores with a nice right hand.
Magaluff closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Magaluff lands in his opponent's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Magaluff chips away with some ground and pound.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Magaluff accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Masuta is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Magaluff is controlling him.
Magaluff cracks Masuta with a solid left hand.
Masuta is rocked!
Magaluff working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Masuta 's head.
Oh Masuta is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Masuta wants to stand but Magaluff is controlling the position.
Magaluff is working Masuta over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Magaluff gets to his feet and stands over Masuta , holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Masuta felt that one! Magaluff unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Masuta from any more punishment!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kabala Magaluff!
Our winner, Kabala Magaluff, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
In defeat, KarateO Masuta stepped up to the mic, saying 'Arigoto'.
