Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Harold Kerzner!

Thai escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Kerzner gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Thai has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kerzner can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Kerzner is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Thai bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

Kerzner is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Thai is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Kerzner doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Thai.

Thai is looking for a kimura but Kerzner is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Thai to get the leverage.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Thai is working for an americana but Kerzner has been sneaky and has managed to get back to half guard, whilst Thai was thinking about the submission.

Thai drops back looking for a leg! Kerzner is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Kerzner manages to kick Thai off! Thai jumps back into Kerzner's guard.
Thai stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kerzner swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Thai is working hard here to advance position.
Kerzner looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Kerzner trying to keep a closed guard but Thai is proving a slippery customer.

Kerzner is looking for a triangle but Thai pushes his legs off easily.

Thai got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kerzner has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Thai has managed to get both his arms back between Kerzner's legs - danger averted.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Thai is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Kerzner defends it well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Wille Thai will probably get the nod.

Kerzner fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Thai on the side of the head.

Kerzner is looking to take a break and control but Thai is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Thai is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Kerzner's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Kerzner's back!

Thai has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Kerzner! Can he survive? No! He's out! Thai gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
