Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Bard (ranked 2122 p4p, 1578 weight class) and Joe Junior (ranked 290 p4p, 221 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

A little jabbing left from Junior on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Junior takes a head kick and keeps coming.
We've been hearing reports that Bard has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Junior tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Bard changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Junior tries to avoid it but Bard manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Junior to the ground. Junior escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
